
The rumours are true, Veganomicon’s chickpea cutlets = amazing. They’re so easy and impressive I can’t believe I’ve only made them once… apparently they are versatile too but I’m pretty old-fashioned so mashed sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli seem to be the way to go… Jon has some photos of his more imaginative versions to show you. I also made the mustard sauce but replaced the wine with white grape juice (which I do often because I have a sweet tooth). It tasted pretty different but still delicious.
